Ericsson’s CDA and CNOM systems are critical for real-time network insights, but the existing UIs were outdated and hard to navigate. Internal users needed clearer paths to dashboards and metrics, better empty states, and flexible dashboard and widget creation.
I combined UI/UX design with front-end implementation in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. User sessions drove a clear empty state with “Add dashboard”, template-based creation (Empty, Import, PCC, MME, AMF, etc.), and an Add new widget flow with Prometheus configuration. All aligned with Ericsson Design System (EDS).
This project demonstrates combining design and front-end implementation in one role to ship an EDS-aligned, user-centered analytics experience.
